My Account feature doesn't confirm the Email Address

I am facing little problem while interacting with the users of my App. Since they don't have to confirm their Email so they are creating fake Accounts. Due to this, it resulted in Scratching the Card no. of times by the same user with different Email addresses. I am afraid ADMOB notice the Phone ID for invalid activities policies.
Is there any option so that User can login using their Phone no. or something to confirm.

unfortunately there is no option for users to log in with their phone number, and there is also no confirmation for email address.

However we keep your report for future improvements of registrations in the app.
