eCommerce, Instructions or Specifications or Ordered Items

stephen rowley May 14, 2014 12:28PM CEST

Hi there,

I would like to use the eCommerce for a restaurant to place orders, however I have seen on some other app builders that you can make a comment or give special instruction on each product, for example if a client order an item of food they could give instruction not to add sauce for example is this possible with your app, or would they need to make a phone call after to give intructions

In the e-commerce feature, you have the possibility to add as many option as you want for each products. (sauce, kind of bread, cooking, ...)
Then, your client can choose exactly what he wants without making a phone call to detail his order.

thanks for getting back to me, my concern would be this, how would you tell the restaurant for example that you don't want onion or tomato in the salad for example, you would then have to great an option for every single ingrediant in that dish so that the customer could tick all the items they require or don't require, a simple comment box would be far easier for everyone involved

We have another feature called "form" with the one the client can sent a comment to the restaurant.
You should put the most common ingredients as an option and when a client don't want something that is not in option, he is able to send a form to the restaurant.
